Akeni Space is a professional application designed for integrated instant messaging, forums, blogs, file upload, channel, in/outboard, bookmarking.

The main difference between this application and a public instant messaging systems such as Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, Google Talk and AOL Messenger(AIM) is that every chat message is stored permanently in a centralized database.

When the Owner of the Akeni Social Network creates a group, a Channel with the same group name is also automatically created. A Channel is sometimes known as Group Chat where members can easily and quickly get in touch with each other.
