CheckSite is a handy and reliable application designed to verify if a website is available via ping and MD5 methods.

By default CheckSite contains the plugin checksite-plugin-common with the following methods :
· pinghost : Test if host is reachable
· httpheader : Test the http return code
· md5 : Test the md5 hash of a page
· stringpattern : Test if page contains a definite string
